In case of damaged products received?
We take utmost care in packing our products, but still due to the negligence of the courier partners some products may get damaged in transit. Don't worry, please provide an opening video without any pause within 24hrs of receiving the products and we will send you the replacement if we deemed it fit.
In case of returns?
Return is entertained only if the product is damaged or is different from that in the display picture. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
In case of refunds?
In case of any refund due to unavoidable circumstances and if the packet has been sent out shipping charges(if we are the bearer of charges or you are) will not be refunded back, only the order amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
